It's a question we all ask ourselves from time to time: Where do the years go?
In Tim's case the answer can be found by watching some of the many TV features that he's produced since 1989. From flying heart stopping stunt displays with the world's only aerobatic airline, to road testing the fastest supercars on the market, he continues to fly every day by the seat of his pants.
His work as a broadcaster has taken him around the globe, from war zones to glamorous film locations and his hectic schedule continues to keep him on the move.
As a motoring journalist he clocks up over 100k miles every year and his work for the RAF's Media Ops team keeps him in the air for much of the time too, so it's little wonder that the years have flown.
SO WE ASKED TIM TO PICK HIS FAVOURITE CLIPS...
Naturally my instant response was to say "Stuff me chaps (and chapettes),a quarter of a century's a long time, this could take a while!" But I decided to show willing and I was soon knee deep in old Digi Beta tapes.
The thing is, as soon as you start looking at old YouTube videos, DVD's and video tapes (google them if you're under 30) you realise how difficult it is to put your hand on your heart and say these are the best bits, or these are my favourites.
Nevertheless, after a good deal of thought here are a few that are close to my heart.
